The Broad Leys is an established residential area on the north-east side of Aylesbury, offering a quiet, family-oriented suburban setting with strong transport links.
After the investment the Broad Leys will be the best local pub offering a great range of real ales and good value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in St Albans. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and monthly entertainment and in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.
The Broad Leys has 2 separate dining areas of which one area could be used for functions and private bookings, a bar area, 7 letting rooms, a large beer garden and large car park
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
