You will lead from the front and will integrate yourself within the local community. Pub:
The pub comprises of an open plan trading area sub divided into various seating areas. There is also pool table, darts board and juke box to keep the regulars entertained. The pub also benefits from an external decking area as well as seating to the front of the pub. There is also a small kitchen from which you can run your own food offer and to the front there is a car park.
Accommodation:
The flat consists of five bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
