The Cock & Lion is a quaint and cosy Victorian pub nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair in West London just a short walk from Bond Street tube station. The oldest pub in Marylebone, a bastion of Bohemia since 1786, The Cock & Lion has traditional low ceilings and a distinctive horse-shoe bar that transport you back to an earlier time.

Decorated with local art and Londinium curiosities, there are plenty of cosy (and lively!) spots to sit back and enjoy an after-work pint or a weekend pitstop cocktail.

The pub is set over two floors with separate focus on drink and dining experiences. The accommodation is also over two floors with 4 bedrooms, a really good living space.

The pub will have a small investment in the kitchen to help facilitate growth in food business.

The Partnership
