You’ll have the caring and engaging personality to ensure your pub is a home-from-home for your team and guests. In your hands, the pub will become a natural extension of your local community.
We’re seeking a forward planner who will cater to various sports and events and understand how to flip the ambience between sports and party-style events.
You’ll have an acute understanding of whether the events (sports or otherwise) are hitting the correct mark for your guests, continuously reviewing performance.
You’ll be a brilliant marketeer for your pub online, always creating a real buzz around community events and charity fundraisers. You care about your community, not solely the pub.
You’ll also be an excellent leader and team player with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
