We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Pub Operator to lead the day-to-day operations of The Devonshire Arms. This is a unique opportunity to manage a well-established venue with a strong reputation and loyal customer base, set in one of the UK’s most scenic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full operational management of the pub, restaurant, and guest accommodation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness, and customer care.
• Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Drive revenue through events, promotions, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to align with strategic goals.

Ideal Partner Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior pub or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
• Passionate about food, drink, and countryside hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Peak District market is a plus.
