• Have proven experience operating a food-led pub, restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Understand menu execution, kitchen operations and food margin management.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional food and service standards.
• Have a track record of increasing visits, growing spend and building customer loyalty.
• Be able to recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team.
• Understand the value of community engagement, local partnerships and social media marketing.
• Have the commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth whilst ensuring the pub remains relevant to local residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality Fireside food offer consistently.
• Grow food sales whilst retaining the pub’s welcoming community atmosphere.
• Create a guest experience that encourages repeat visits and positive local recommendations.
• Build the pub’s reputation as a place where the community comes together to enjoy great food and hospitality.
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Maintain exceptional standards across compliance, cleanliness and customer service.
• Develop local partnerships, events and promotional activity to increase footfall and strengthen community connections.

Your own Ltd Company will provide the day‑to‑day management of the pub, retain full ownership of team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.
