About the Agreement
This pub is currently available on a Tenancy at Will (TAW) agreement, offering a flexible, short-term opportunity.
A TAW is a temporary arrangement extendable at short notice. Although the agreement doesn’t cover all the protections of a complete tenancy as outlined in the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act, it’s a great way to begin your journey with Punch. You will also have a talented Operations Manager to help you hit the ground running.
What will I need?
You’ll need initial capital to support a deposit, cash flow and early expenses. (A member of our Operations Team will guide you through the specifics of this.)
You are also required to have a valid and up-to-date Personal Licence.
Please note that TAWs cannot be assigned, and subletting isn’t permitted.
*Rent and other terms to be discussed directly with an Operations Manager
