The Pub
The Navigation Inn is located at the heart of Breaston, a picturesque village nestled between Derby and Nottingham. The pub sits at the entrance to the village and is a great stop off spot for dog walkers, ramblers and regulars alike. It is an ideal location on the Derby canal path, allowing plenty of passing trade all year round with business booming in the summer months.
Our vision for the Navigation Inn is to be the best local pub offering a great range of real ales and good value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Breaston. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and monthly entertainment and in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.
The Navigation Inn is split between two rooms served by a central bar. The dining room can seat up to 40 guests. The bar has an additional 35 covers and is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed drinking experience. The Navigation Inn boasts a great outdoor space that wraps around the building and is a lovely spot to enjoy a view of the village. As well as this there is a large carpark to the side of the pub
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Personal Licence Holder
