The pub and location

Our vision for the Red Lion is to be the best local pub offering a great range of real ales and good value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Lowton. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and monthly entertainment and in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

The pub is divided into four main trading areas, as you enter the pub you are greeted by the fantastic bar and to the right is the pool room. The pub has comfortable seating to the left. Towards the rear of the pub is a dining area that can double up as a private dining space and popular booth seating. The outside garden area has plenty of seating for those sunny days.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
• Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
• Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Personal Licence Holder
