As the new Publican, you’ll have the freedom to shape the pub’s future. Whether your vision includes live music, sports screenings, themed nights etc. Scotia Bar provides the flexibility to make your mark. The pub already enjoys a solid customer base, but there is significant scope to grow revenue through creative marketing and a refreshed approach.
Ideal Operator
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have your own vision for this pub and cater to the needs of the current demographic and beyond.
We’re seeking a talented Publican who loves people and pubs. You’ll know where locals like to sit, what they drink, and you’ll have quick wit and banter and a passion for hospitality.
You’ll need strong people skills, the ability to build relationships within the local community, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We’re also seeking a Publican who will maximise their use of social channels to drive new footfall and bring their pub to life online.
Previous pub or hospitality management experience is desirable, but enthusiasm, drive, creativity, and personality are just as important.
You will need to live locally, as this excellent business opportunity does not offer private accommodation.
