The Shire Oak is located on the A452 Chester Road that connects Walsall, Brownhills and Lichfield.
Our vision for the pub is offering the best pint and great value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in the area. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes, entertainment, discos, karaoke with teams for both pool and darts. You will, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.
The Shire Oak is a single bar lay out divided into four distinct areas, two dedicated for diners and two for drinkers – offering flexibility. There is an outdoor seating area with a beer garden and a large car park.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Personal Licence Holder

The Partnership
