The pub is situated on the outskirts of St Albans, Hertfordshire which is located to the north of London, close to Junction 22 of the M25 motorway.

After the investment the White Hart Tap will be the best local pub offering a great range of real ales and good value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in St Albans. You will show SKY & BT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and monthly entertainment and in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

The White Hart Tap is a single bar operation with an open fire, one main bar area with a side snug lounge to the side. It has a covered area to the side to the building which leads to a beautiful large garden that is raised from the road

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
• Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
• Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Personal Licence Holder
