Leading pub company Punch Pubs & Co has added to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of the Duke of Oxford in Weston-super-Mare.
The Duke of Oxford will undergo a refurbishment, planned for a later date, and join Punch’s Management Partner estate.
Speaking about the acquisition, Punch Pubs Operations Manager Dominic Gooder commented: “The pub is in a prime location in the town and has all the ingredients to be a hotspot for both locals and tourists. Greg and Jevan, the father and son duo who previously ran the pub, did a brilliant job, so we’re looking to continue that great work moving forward.”
The Duke of Oxford sits yards from the seafront and is the perfect place for holidaymakers to grab a refreshing drink and meal before they carry on exploring the seaside town.
