The independent pub company is looking to acquire individual freehold pubs or groups of pubs across the UK, to grow their 1,300 strong portfolio of pubs.

Led by Punch’s Head of Estates, Stephen Radford, the company has appointed Matthew Phillips of Matthew Phillips Surveyors and hospitality and leisure expert Alan Dunn of Spirit Consult as retained agents to seek out new pubs.

Stephen Radford said, “This is an exciting time for Punch, working with experts like Matthew and Alan to search for additional high-quality pubs to add to our estate. We’ve always been open to new opportunities and have already welcomed some fantastic new pubs into the Punch family. Including single-site acquisition, The Dog House in Norwich and, of course, the 56 pubs we recently acquired from the Ram Pub Company.’’

Pubs that fit well with Punch’s modern, progressive vision can expect a strong return on investment by teaming up with the 2020 Publican Awards winners.

To get involved, simply email acquisitions@punchpubs.com or contact Alan Dunn (Scotland only)alan@spiritconsult.co.uk and for the rest of the UK, Matthew Phillips (matt@matthewphillipssurveyors.co.uk).
