The Slow and Easy has reopened following a £400k investment by independent pub operators Punch Pubs & Co, with Management Partner Jeanette Brown taking the helm.

The Northwich pub, dating back as far as the 1700s, has been lovingly restored back to its very best by Punch, undergoing a full interior redesign. Breathing new life into the pub’s impressive wrap-around bar and expansive restaurant area. The Slow and Easy now features something for everyone to enjoy, cosy corners, ‘proper’ pub games and plenty of space to bring together all your nearest and dearest for a delicious Sunday Roast. All are styled perfectly to reflect the traditional charm and relaxed ambience the pub offers – perfect for all occasions.

Management Partner Jeanette may also be familiar as she has over a decade’s experience managing pubs locally and is well-known in the area. She’s excited and confident that the new-look Slow and Easy will be the perfect pub for all and plans on wasting no time in firmly instilling it within the heart of the community. Jeanette said: “I cannot wait to welcome guests back into the Slow and Easy, it’s an amazing pub, and I’m proud to be able to offer such an invaluable local hub to everyone. The refurbishment is stunning, and we’ve already got plenty of events planned to provide fun for all the family. We can’t wait to open the doors and for our guests to enjoy their new-look pub.”

Senior Operations Manager Sarah Edmunds said, “We’re so proud to be reopening the Slow and Easy, it’s a magnificent pub that has received a significant investment to ensure it meets all its potential. Our new Management Partner Jeanette brings with her a wealth of pub expertise, local knowledge and the perfect outlook to ensure it appeals to everyone and we’re confident she will create a fantastic place for people to come together and enjoy such a magnificent pub.”
