Pub and location
You’ll be taking the reins of a 17th Century pub, closely associated with St Marys Church and Bells opposite, in Staines, surrounded by chimney pots and affluent residents.
Guests describe the pub as a touch of a country village tucked away in the bustling town of Staines-Upon-Thames. Here you’ll have the best of both worlds. Located within walking distance of Staines town centre the pub is easily accessible by the main road, situated near Junction 10 of the M25.
We’re looking for a Management Partner who will improve food and drink quality and refine the interior and courtyard garden. You’ll maximise the potential of the fantastic Fireside Menu with a great playlist and a zoned, high-quality sound system.
You’ll ensure, with your Rhythm of the Week, that you are the first place locals book for family occasions, long summers in the courtyard garden, sensational Sunday roasts, but also build the wet side of the business to increase local walk-to guests. You’ll be a talented operator with a proven track record of running a successful quality food-led business.
Situated adjacent to the Bells is a manager’s, two-bedroomed house with a kitchen/diner and a living room on the ground floor. You’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The pub also benefits from team member accommodation above the pub trading area.
