What we’re looking for

Ideal Management Partner 

We’re seeking someone passionate about creating the ultimate dining and drinking experience. You’ll have an eye for impeccable standards and a focus on quality that will influence the sale of drinks and food. We want a Management Partner who loves people and will motivate and reward their team for their efforts.

With your marketing expertise, The Bells will become the first place to book for any special occasion or family event, long summers in the courtyard garden, and sensational Sunday roasts. You’ll also build upon a successful events programme, creating compelling one-off occasions that lead to consistent reasons to visit for your guests.

Your pub business

The Bells enjoyed an extensive investment in July 2022, with oak floors blended with heritage rugs and classic dining furniture. Bric-a-Brac reflects the local links to aviation and the proximity of Heathrow Airport. The outside courtyard garden has recently been reonvated creating a relaxed space and additional covers for over 40 guests, while the function space is flexible for either standing events, private dining or group activities.

The small front bar has TV for major events but is primarily used as the focal point of the pub social life. Popular with local regular guests, three cask ales are always available alongside a selection of bar snacks and specials to entice. The large trade kitchen sits on the ground floor with easy access to the dining area allowing for efficient and speedy service and communication between both BOH and FOH teams.

With a Fireside Menu, a great playlist,  classic cocktails and a curated wine list, you will create the perfect atmosphere for your guests. Your attention to detail will show in your reviews. Equally, your championing of service standards, use of specials, and leveraging of centrally supported and one-off events will keep guests old and new coming back for more.
