The savvy operator will create an irresistible food and drink offer. You’ll create popular rhythms of the week, ensuring that the Rose and Crown is the first that guests book for family occasions, long summers in the courtyard garden and a sensational Sunday roast. You’ll also build the drink side of the business to increase local walk-to guests; that’s why we’re looking for a Management Partner well-versed in running a high-quality community offer.
We’re looking for an operator with vision, a sage hospitality professional who will constantly look to drive the business forward with creative thinking around weekly and annual events.
Pub and location
As the oldest public house in Sandhurst, dating back to the 18th Century, the Rose and Crown is a part of the town’s history. It’s also a lively community hub in the home of the world-famous Sandhurst Military Academy.
The Rose and Crown pub is known for live entertainment, from bingo and quiz nights to darts leagues, poker, and live music. Guests also love the delicious Sunday roasts, a fantastic occasion for the whole family.
The widescreen TVs show live BT Sport and Sky Sports, and there are pay-per-view events both inside the pub and outside when the weather suits. There’s a large beer patio to the front of the pub and a sheltered beer garden to the back.
You can also section areas off to accommodate larger groups and private functions. You’ll offer tasty pub food, a great selection of real ales, wines and spirits, and a packed entertainment schedule.
