Take the reins of a picturesque 17th-century venue ensconced in ivy, making it the idyllic traditional public house.

The pub and location

Guests love the characterful layout with an ‘L’ shaped room used for dining with exposed ceiling beams, timber panelled walls to dado height and a feature stone fireplace.

You’ll be operating in cosy surrounds, partly carpeted and with partial timber floor. There’s seating capacity for over forty-five and a range of timber tables and upholstered timber chairs.

The servery hatch to the side of the main bar is also cosy and traditional in style, with strip wood floors and a central stone fireplace.

The timber-fronted bar servery has back bar fittings and a newly installed EPOS till. There’s also a leather sofa and seating at a range of tables for over fifteen. You’ll see bric-a-brac and framed memorabilia and prints on the walls.

The pub sits in Bolingey, a charming village in the stunning North Atlantic Cornwall Coast! It offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and accessibility, and you’ll be able to capitalise on the many visitors to the area.

We’re looking for a people-loving publican with plenty of catering experience. You’ll know how to bring your pub to life on social channels and proactively reach a new audience.

About the Agreement

This pub is currently available on a Tenancy at Will (TAW) agreement, offering a flexible, short-term opportunity.

A TAW is a temporary arrangement extendable at short notice. Although the agreement doesn’t cover all the protections of a complete tenancy as outlined in the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act, it’s a great way to begin your journey with Punch. You will also have a talented Operations Manager to help you hit the ground running.

What will I need?

You’ll need initial capital to support a deposit, cash flow ,and early expenses. (A member of our Operations Team will guide you through the specifics of this.)

You are also required to have a valid and up-to-date Personal Licence.

Please note that TAWs cannot be assigned, and subletting isn’t permitted.
