The Chelsfield pub was built in 1938 as a community hub for the expanding “New Chelsfield” area, next to Chelsfield station. It was designed in a distinctive 1930s Art Deco style with a high-ceilinged interior. Chelsfield is a village like setting in South East London and Kent Borders, complete with own Railway station providing good links to Central London and nearby larger town of Orpington, sitting within the London Borough of Bromley. Chelsfield has an approximate population of 11,500.
The pub has approximately 60 internal dining covers, to the front there is a huge sun terrace with around 100 covers and to the rear there is a recently invested childrens play area and a further 50 covers allowing private hire opportunities. The pub can also create separate function room space (one room with private bar).
We’re looking for a Management Partner who can unlock the full potential of this exceptional pub. You’ll ensure that The Chelsfield is the first choice for local guests, and you will be the place to go for all your pub and dining needs. You’ll be looking to make your mark and deliver growth in a well invested pub and have shown success in a similar setting. You will be Guest obsessed, shape service with your own personality and will be relentless in becoming best in class in your marketplace. With a huge garden and separate function room and bar, you will look to add a strong events calendar to bring people into the pub all year round.

Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Then the Punch Management Partnership Contract is the perfect option.
Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.

We love to engage Management Companies that help us create pub legacies that stand the test of time and become the hub of their community. We get that every pub has its own distinct character, so our Operations Manager will work closely with the Management Company to understand the true identity of the business, we can then help support and amplify this as part of theManagement Partnership model.
