Overview

The Cock Inn is a timeless village pub classic for which an exceptional Management Partner is pivotal. You’ll have consistently ambitious standards and manage and train a team in a village setting.

The ideal operator will have high volume food experience with a proven trading history at the centre of the community. You’ll create the best Sunday roast and serve our beautiful Fireside Inns menu all day throughout the week, ideal for making those family memories. You’ll ensure that the Bramford Cock will be the place to be all year round for all occasions and family times.

The pub and location

Now is the ideal time to take over the Cock Inn as it is on the cusp of an entire internal and external investment. We’re redesigning and decorating the main trading area bringing the pub back to its former glory with a traditional looking feel. We’re also reconfiguring the conservatory area to be more inviting and connected to the main pub with improved fixtures and furnishings. We’re also creating cosy and snug spaces with fixed seating, lighting, timber floor and rugs.

The garden will also have an overhaul, boasting log seating, gravelled seating areas and a dressed pergola. The beautiful garden lies on verdant grass. Traditional picnic benches and the play area are there for the little ones to play.

With ample parking, the Bramford Cock will service not only the village but will become a local drive to destination in the area, with Ipswich and several surrounding villages less than 10 minutes’ drive .

You’ll have an excellent opportunity to improve and capitalise in this already popular village pub. There is little or no competition locally, offering quality drinks and an extensive wine menu. Don’t miss out!
