We’re looking for a Management Partner or Partners who are proud to represent their pub within the community and always have one ear to the ground understanding what matters to their locals. You’ll know what makes a good event and ensure guests have a great time with high-quality service, food and drink provided.

You’ll have an infectious personality, knowing each local by name and treating strangers as future friends. You’ll provide the warm and engaging welcome the guests have come to know and love. The Colliers needs Management Partners who know their regulars, what they drink, where they like to sit, and who genuinely take an interest in their stories.

The pub is wet led. However, food is a big part of the offer. Although not complex, it does require absolute attention to detail to ensure consistently high standards. Experience in food is essential with the ability to manage a small kitchen team.

Personality and a customer-first approach will make all the difference in the world at the Colliers! You’ll be a friendly listener who is versatile in your communication style, with entertainment, food and drink offerings to accommodate the needs of families, couples, regulars, darts and quiz teams. Your charisma and attention to detail will ensure that they are happy to recommend you and your pub.

We need Management Partners who are organised and for whom meeting statutory requirements are second nature. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering a first-class service and adhering to compliance regulations.

The Pub and Location

Locals love this pub centering on drinks and good times. You’ll serve hearty pub grub for down to earth guests. Families feature too with a creative outdoor space complete with a children’s play area.

You’ll thrive during evenings and weekends, as the Collier is the go-to place during these times. It is all about setting the right atmosphere for the occasion – a meet with friends, the big match, quiz night or a live music event.

The Colliers is a traditional and attractive pub set away from the main thoroughfare amongst residential housing. From the roadside, it has a good presence with a prominent garden area. The car park is opposite with around 18 spaces, although it is not vital for a pub in the heart of the community.

The pub interior is open plan, with the bar at the centre of the action. A small, raised area sits to the far corner, where live entertainment creates memorable evenings. Private accommodation is also available to ensure that you reside at the heart of the community.
