Ideal Management Partner
- You’ll be a natural networker and leader who offers a great customer experience and enjoys building relationships with the local Community, local families and visitors.
- You’ll be confident in managing an evolving food offer, providing high-quality dishes and service that command 5-star reviews.
- We’re looking for a Management Partner who is adaptable and flexible. You’ll know how to integrate each guest segment and what they desire from your pub.
- You’ll be a proactive planner, continuously reviewing your success and making tweaks to get the best sales. You’ll take the opportunity to tap into various annual events and use them to entice relevant guest segments.
- You’ll also be creative, willing to take risks and try new things to drive more footfall to your destination pub.
The location
The Golden Ball sits proudly on the corner of Liverpool Road and Marsh Lane in the heart of Longton village. You’ll be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the locals passing by as you take your favourite seat.
Living accommodation is in excellent order with a great outside space to include tee pee to rear and suntrap at front
The Partnership
The Punch Management Partnership offers a unique opportunity to run your own pub business, with affordable in-goings and the freedom to lead your own team, manage your business within a framework and support from Punch in a proven partnership model.
You’ll receive an uncapped share of top‑line turnover, giving you the flexibility to pay yourself and your team in a way that works for your business. Your own Ltd Company will provide the day‑to‑day management of the pub, retain full ownership of team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.
