Ideal Management Partner 

• You’ll be a natural networker and leader who offers a great customer experience and enjoys building relationships with the local Community, local families and visitors.
• You’ll be confident in managing an evolving food offer, providing high-quality dishes and service that command 5-star reviews.
• We’re looking for a Management Partner who is adaptable and flexible. You’ll know how to integrate each guest segment and what they desire from your pub.
• You’ll be a proactive planner, continuously reviewing your success and making tweaks to get the best sales. You’ll take the opportunity to tap into various annual events and use them to entice relevant guest segments.
• You’ll also be creative, willing to take risks and try new things to drive more footfall to your destination pub.

The location

The Golden Ball sits proudly on the corner of Liverpool Road and Marsh Lane in the heart of Longton village. You’ll be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the locals passing by as you take your favourite seat.
