Greens is a very well-located pub in the centre of Sunderland, in amongst several bars and restaurants and part of both the daytime and night-time circuit.
Sunderland home games are a big deal at Greens and we will commit some investment to setting the pub up to handle large Customer numbers within tight time-frames. The pub will have investment from top to bottom, including substantial investment into the external space, new Publican accommodation, dedicated darts and pool-playing spaces and fully-enhanced AV to provide for great sport-watching and night-time music-led entertainment.
Punch will help the Publican to build a significant and consistent day-time trade and we will also be looking to boost volumes in the evenings with an excellent line-up of pub activity and investment into various live music events.
Greens will take a very competitive position on drinks pricing and be focussed on building trade through all times of the day as we establish the pub at the centre of the Sunderland community. Building local relationships with charities, local business and sports Teams will be central to Greens.

The domestic accommodation, a huge bonus in the City Centre, consists of a living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
