The Pub
The Grey Goat is a well‑established community pub with a loyal local following. Internally, the pub is split into two main trading rooms. One offers more of a lounge feel, while the second is dedicated to sports and games, with pool and darts teams based at the pub and screens for live sport.
Outside, there is a yard area with a smoking solution, providing additional customer space. The layout supports a drinks‑focused, social offer with a strong emphasis on teams, sport and being at the heart of the community.

Situated in Sandgate, just outside Penrith town centre, the Grey Goat sits within a residential area and benefits from regular local trade. The pub is within walking distance of the local market town and the Castle which benefits from the year-round tourists visiting the area.
