The Opportunity
We’re looking for an operator who can:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Drive sales through community engagement, events, and promotions
- Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, stock, and compliance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Build strong relationships with locals and visitors alike
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in pub or hospitality management (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
- Financially astute with a good understanding of business operations
- Creative and proactive in driving footfall and revenue
The Partnership
