As the beating heart of this neighbourhood you will have had experience running sports teams, charity events and a successful kitchen. Leading a great team of people to keep the best standards and service in the area. You will get to know your regulars well and the local neighbourhood and be proud of being the ultimate local pub in Flint.

Its essential that you have solid organisational skills, flexibility and are commercially savvy. If this strikes a chord with you, we must talk, as this is a truly epic opportunity to run the liveliest community local in the area that cannot be missed.

The Pub

The Mill Tavern is situated just five minutes walk from the busy town of Flint on the Northop Road A5119 on all main bus routes.

This is a busy community pub which has an excellent sports offer and a very popular drinking/dining lounge bar to the rear of the property, as well as the addition of the large function room which gives greater flexibility for meetings, parties and local events. This is the go to venue locally for all special occasions.

Outside there is ample parking with a large outside south facing seating area and is a huge attraction during the spring summer evenings.

The perfect pub to meet up for great sport, entertainment, functions, casual dining or just a quick snack, the true Hub of the local community.
