We’re excited to introduce this upcoming pub opportunity, which Punch is in the process of purchasing. Once the purchase completes, the pub will first be available on a Tenancy at Will (TAW), giving someone the chance to get up and running quickly and keep the pub trading in the short term.
At the same time, we’ll be recruiting for the long-term agreement, so whether you’re looking for a shorter-term opportunity or are interested in taking the pub on for the future, we’d love to hear from you.
The long-term agreement is likely to be a Flexible Tenancy, subject to full approval. Following completion, we’ll carry out a detailed property assessment and confirm any investment plans, along with full financial information to support your decision.

To begin on a TAW, you’ll need:
