Located in one of Exeter’s most sought-after trading locations on the historic quayside, On The Waterfront combines a stunning waterfront setting with a strong reputation among locals, students, professionals and visitors alike. The business is set to benefit from a substantial refurbishment, creating a refreshed, contemporary pub experience that fully capitalises on its enviable waterside position. On The Waterfront will continue to deliver its core offering of an exceptional drinks and cocktail range, alongside authentic pub food and high-quality pizzas.

As part of its next chapter, On The Waterfront will transition onto Punch’s Fireside Management Partnership model in the New Year, providing the successful Management Partner with the opportunity to launch a newly invested business while benefiting from the support, expertise and commercial framework of a proven partnership model.

The Partnership

The Punch Management Partnership offers a unique opportunity to run your own pub business, with affordable in-goings and the freedom to lead your own team, manage your business within a framework and support from Punch in a proven partnership model.

You’ll receive an uncapped share of top‑line turnover, giving you the flexibility to pay yourself and your team in a way that works for your business. Your own Ltd Company will provide the day‑to‑day management of the pub, retain full ownership of team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.
