The Seale Arms is a beautiful seaside pub with letting rooms set in the heart of the coastal town of Dartmouth. The pub should be able to attract visitors to stay as well as pulling people in who are enjoying day trips from the surrounding areas. Exeter and Plymouth are both commutable in about an hour.
