You should be a talented operator able to drive the potential of this multi-faceted business, leading your team from the front to delight your guests. You’ll need to seek new ways to attract the tourist trade to your establishment, while serving the local community what they really want. Ideally you should have experience of running a catering operation and hotel rooms.
