About the Agreement
Our new Spark tenancy agreement aims to offer a competitive deal in the marketplace, combining discounted drinks with entertainment and sports viewing.
We are delighted to offer this pub on a tenancy agreement designed to support the right operator in taking on their next exciting venture. While there is a level of investment required, we’re open to tailoring the incoming costs to suit the right individual with the passion and drive to create a thriving, community and sports-focused venue.
All pubs under this agreement are characterised by a lively, inclusive atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on sports, entertainment, and local engagement. From match-day events to live music and quiz nights, you’ll have the freedom to shape the space to delight your guests, while maintaining flexibility around competitive pricing. You’ll also benefit from high-quality AV and an infinite entertainment system.
To make the most of this opportunity, you’ll need to actively promote your business, particularly through social media, to build awareness, drive footfall and connect with your local community. You will receive support from your Operations Manager and access to marketing collateral to help you succeed.
