Are you a creative pub operator or duo looking for a new challenge? Are you experienced in creating a homely, simple menu served perfectly? If so, the Tiger Inn could be the pub for you!

The Tiger Inn is popular with guests due to the home-cooked food, quality ales, good wine, and diverse spirits selection! Take the reins of a local community pub with weekly music and quiz nights. Locals and visitors come for the delicious food served seven days a week from lunch to afternoon tea to Sunday Lunch menus.  We are planning an extension to the commercial catering kitchen to help develop this food offer further.

The pub and location

The Tiger Inn is a jewel of a business, as it’s a well-established watering hole and eatery located on the outskirts of this historic market town. Its grade II listed building has many original features and offers quirky trading rooms with one bar in the centre. With a picturesque and inviting frontage, large rear external seating area and car park, the Tiger Inn is an attractive and popular haunt.

Internally the Tiger Inn has a lounge room, front bar, and rear snug. Plus, you’ll discover a dining area with circa fifty covers to the rear, complemented with seventy-eight weather-protected covers in the newly constructed shelter to the back of the car park. You can find the catering area and toilets downstairs.

The Tiger Inn sits in Beverley, a thriving traditional market town with its Market Cross still standing proudly in the centre of its bustling marketplace. Visitors flock to this well-loved town for a variety of reasons – you can enjoy a day at Beverley races, boutique shopping, a quiet drink in a historic pub or a meal in one of the many bars and restaurants.

The Flemingate Shopping Centre, packed with leisure options, has dramatically transformed an area in the town once known for its tannery. In addition, you can follow your exploration of the wide-open pastures of Beverley Westwood with a visit to the magnificent 13th-century Beverley Minster or a stroll along with the Beck.

The ideal operator

We’re looking for a Publican with previous food experience, with exposure to high food volumes and associated pressures. You’ll also need knowledge of cask ales and be passionate about getting involved with local teams and associations.

Here you will find three bedrooms, a private kitchen, and a lounge.
