About The Pub
The Union Exchange is a traditional, drinks-led community pub with a difference. The pub also has a night-club that is a great part of the business. Located on Colne’s bustling High Street the Union is positioned perfectly for daytime retail footfall and right on the evening pub and bar circuit, this venue is a cornerstone of the local community. Colne attracts visitors from nearby Burnley and benefits from strong local trade, making The Union a popular destination for entertainment and socialising.
Following a major investment in September 2024, the Union now boasts a transformed look and feel, offering the very best in sports coverage and music-led events. With a fantastic drinks range priced competitively below local competitors and a daily program of activities including live music, karaoke, quiz nights, and more. Due to a promotion of our Managed Partner this pub is now ready for an operator to build on the fantastic work and can take it to the next level. The pub has a pool table and darts boards and we are looking to sponsor local teams who join us.
