The Welcome Inn is located in the heart of Lincolnshire on the outskirts of the popular seaside resort of Skegness. The pub sits on a large, prominent triangular plot on one of the main routes into Skegness, a seasonal seaside town with a massive influx of holidaymakers.
The trading area of the pub comprises a cosy bar that hosts a pool table & darts, a snug area and two additional dining areas, where customers can enjoy a relaxed dining experience.
Outside the pub is a large paddock with picnic-style seating, the perfect space for outdoor events. Together with an enclosed play area with significant climbing frames, the Welcome Inn is a fantastic pub for families. The pub also boasts a large car park.

- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
