The Leaping Wolf pub situated right on the doorstep of The Molineux football stadium in Wolverhampton has relaunched after a significant £450k investment by independent pub owners Punch.

This fantastic community pub is back open following a full refurbishment which has enhanced both the internal and external look and feel of the pub, repositioning the site as community local.

The Punch owned pub will be operated by Publican, Bobby Basran who also runs another business in the area. The Leaping Wolf is the ideal place for supporters to visit before and after the game. Four TV screens throughout the pub has created the perfect spot to watch all the top sporting action throughout the year.

Speaking about the changes at the pub, CEO for Punch, Clive Chesser said, “We are extremely proud of the work that has gone into transforming the Leaping Wolf.  Bobby and the team have great plans to deliver a fantastic customer experience all year round and we look forward to working with him to ensure this fantastic pub becomes a hub for the local community and visitors alike’’.

Bobby commented: ‘’I’ve been waiting for this pub to become available for some time now, the opportunity to bring the pub back to the community was one not to be missed.

I’ve had great support from Punch who have really done the pub proud with the refurbishment.

We have lots of plans to make sure that this pub becomes a central hub not just for sports fans but for everyone in the community”.
