Overview

Now is the ideal time to take over and run the Bee Hive, as we have plans for a substantial internal and external investment in Autumn 2026, ensuring a modern, inviting space that meets the highest standards.

The pub and location

The Bee Hive is located in Eamont Bridge is a thriving village just outside Penrith, positioned at a key gateway to the Lake District National Park. The area is popular with walkers, cyclists and tourists visiting nearby attractions such as Lowther Castle and Ullswater.

Our vision for the Bee Hive is offering the best pint where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Eamont Bridge. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes, entertainment, discos, karaoke . You will, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

The Bee Hive offers separate trading areas, including a public bar and lounge space, along with a games area. There is a beer garden and car park, all of which help maximise custom from walkers, cyclists, drivers and visitors stopping en route to the Lakes.
