The pub and location

The pub is situated in the middle of a larger residential area. It is a 5 minute walk from Hanwell High Street and 10 minutes from both Hanwell and West Ealing tube stations which are on the Elizabeth Line and which takes you into central London in 20 minutes.

Our vision for the Grosvenor is to be the best local pub offering the best pint and great value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Hanwell. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and entertainment with teams for both pool and darts. You will, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes with a focus on community and charity events.

The pub is an open plan, single bar operation which services two separate areas. One with a pool table and multiple screens and the other which lends itself to a dining style area. Off from the lounge / sports area is a small but beautiful paved garden with about 25 covers which is to the rear of the property. Internally the furniture consists of mainly hard furnishings with attractive external seating to the front of the building. It also has a medium sized catering kitchen which contains all essential equipment to deliver a core Kindred menu.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
• Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
• Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Personal Licence Holder

The pub consists of a two-bedroom flat with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom all of which will be maintained to Punch property standards post investment.
