Our ideal Management Partner
- We’re after an energetic MP who will bring the life and soul back to our pub party. With the right MP, the Imperial will become the community hub: raising money for local charities, introducing team games, and promoting live sports, quiz nights, bingo, and driving the already strong weekend entertainment even more.
- You’ll be a flexible, strong, wet-led, local operator who understands the importance of targeting a community audience from all walks of life. The Imperial needs to be the beating heart of the local community once again, all day – every day as the number one choice for pub-goers in Crewe.
- We’re looking for an excellent host. An operator prepared to be the face of the pub, front and centre of the business creating a welcoming and safe & inclusive environment for all of the community – inspiring loyalty and pride back into the Imperial, all day every day.
- You’ll create a rhythm of the week knowing which guest segments will benefit your business and when, whilst thinking about future events and how to target new guests.
- You’ll be an ambitious operator with vision and creativity, always willing to try new things to enhance your business.
There is also the opportunity to provide a small food offer.
What you’ll get in return

Your pub business
The Imperial is a local landmark, it is a 10 minute walk from the Crewe Alexandra football ground and also Crewe train station. Situated in amongst hundreds of chimney pots, the pub is also just a few minutes walk from the Town Centre.
