Located on the busy Kilmarnock Road in the heart of Shawlands, The James Tassie is a well-established wet-led community pub with a strong local following, live sport offer, and excellent visibility within one of Glasgow’s most vibrant suburbs.
This opportunity is further strengthened by a planned investment from Punch, designed to enhance the customer experience, refresh key trading areas, and unlock the pub’s full potential. The investment will provide the incoming Partner with an exciting platform to grow sales, develop a strong events and entertainment calendar, and cement The James Tassie’s position at the heart of the local community.
We are looking for a Partner who:
