The Pub

The Nags Head is a 15th Century coaching inn located in the Buckinghamshire village of Little Kingshill. Rich in character and history, the pub combines original features including oak beams and fireplaces with a reputation for quality food, hospitality and accommodation.

Food is at the heart of the business, supported by a commercial kitchen and dining space for around 50 covers. The current vision is to further strengthen the pub’s position as a destination food venue, combining quality ingredients, strong execution and an offer that encourages customers to return time and again.

The pub also benefits from boutique-style guest accommodation, providing an additional dimension to the business and the opportunity to welcome overnight guests alongside the pub’s regular customer base.

Outside, the large garden provides valuable additional trading space, including a distinctive teepee with a wood-burning stove, creating a unique setting for outdoor dining and social occasions throughout the year. The site also benefits from customer parking for around 25 vehicles.

The Nags Head sits within Little Kingshill, one of Buckinghamshire’s most desirable commuter-belt villages.

Located close to Great Missenden and surrounded by attractive countryside, the area is well known for its affluent local population and strong demand for quality food and hospitality businesses. The village also has notable connections to Roald Dahl, who lived nearby in Great Missenden, while the area is also close to Chequers, the Prime Minister’s country residence.
