After the investment the Oddfellows Arms will be the best local pub offering a great range of real ales and good value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in the area. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes and monthly entertainment and in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

Internally the pub provides open plan trading with zoned areas for drinking, dining, live sports, games teams. There is a catering kitchen. Externally, there is a beer patio with 70 covers to the front and a car park with 20 spaces to the rear.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
• Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
• Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
