Ideal Publican

We are ideally looking for an operator who is familiar with the site and surrounding area. You’ll have a vision for this pub, enterprising spirit and while an experienced candidate is our preference, we will consider anyone who can demonstrate relevant experience. The operator will also need to be hands-on and possess a good understanding of the local community.

About the Agreement

To make the most of this opportunity, you’ll need to actively promote your business, particularly through social media, to build awareness, drive footfall and connect with your local community. You will receive support from your Operations Manager and access to marketing collateral to help you succeed.
