The Mill Tavern is situated on a main road on the outskirts of the town and community of Flint, which is Northeast of Wales.
Our vision for the pub is offering the best pint and great value pub food where friends & families gather, new friendships are made and experiences shared. A true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Flint. You will show SKY & TNT Sports throughout the week, run quizzes, entertainment, discos, karaoke with teams for both pool and darts. You will, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Personal Licence Holder

The Partnership
