An exciting opportunity has become available to take on Stanleys launching under our Unity Social brand.
Stanleys will undergo a full refurbishment to include external upgrade and new signage, full internal redecoration and fantastic AV to help with providing the very best sports coverage and music-led events.
The pub will have a great drinks range that will be priced below our local competitors and run a daily program of pub-activity including live music, karaoke, quiz and bingo.
Pub and location
Stanleys is a favourite with local residents, with good sports coverage and a function room that’s the perfect location for community parties as well as meetings. Stanleys should continue to attract sports fans, professionals, shoppers and tourists, as well as its regular locals trade.
Stanleys is just a short distance from Chester’s busy train station, which means it has real scope to attract an enviable broad range of customers. However, there’s a definite ‘local’ feel to the pub – the tightly-packed terraces housing Hoole’s up-and-coming young professionals are just round the corner. Chester itself, with its medieval rows of shops, city walls, stunning cathedral and attractive river frontage, is just a few minutes’ walks away, and there are good transport links to Merseyside, Manchester and North Wales.

Accommodation
The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.

Our Unity Social Area Managers will support you in building on the current daytime trade and boosting evening volumes through a strong line-up of pub activities and investment into live music and sports events.
