Could you run this Camborne pub?
Take the reins of a town-style, high-street pub in a location that has undergone a significant regional investment in the last five years, enticing younger visitors.
Guests love this traditional Cornish pub with an open-plan trading area with 15 covers currently split into a sports area at the front of the building and the drinking/social area to the middle and rear. The bar is set to the left-hand side of the trade area, creating a small drinking area at the front and a spacious guest area at the back.
Parking is adjacent to the business, and the pub enjoys a prominent high street position.
The location
Regional development has meant a growing population for you to capitalise on. The area is well connected to the other major towns across the region and has many local high street branded businesses.
Ideal operator
You’ll have an excellent knowledge of the beer market, as drinks will be the focus of this wet-led outlet. The savvy operator will market this outlet to beer forums, CAMRA and via social media as the customer base spreads across the peninsular.
Private accommodation
There is a bedroom, a private kitchen, and a lounge where you can relax and recharge before taking on the next challenge.
