The Hinksford Arms in Hinksford, South Staffordshire has reopened its doors following our £260,000 investment. At the helm will be mother and son team, Kim and Mat Adams who’ve been at the pub since 2016 and will continue to run the new look pub.

The refurbishment has included a full internal and external renovation and new exterior signage. The inside of the pub has been transformed to create more defined areas such as a dining and snug area providing customers with more places to meet. The outdoor space has also been overhauled with a new decked seating area and festoon lighting to create more space for customers to enjoy alfresco dining.

Landlords, Kim and Mat are passionate about the community they live in and work hard to ensure the Hinksford operates at its very heart. Speaking about the investment Kim said; ‘’We are so happy to have reopened the doors, the investment has really done the pub proud. It looks fantastic. We have loved welcoming our customers back. We have some really exciting plans for the pub.’’

The pub, close to the River Stour already has a great reputation for serving high quality cask ale and is popular with walkers and boaters visiting the area. Kim and Mat will continue to serve local ales alongside an extensive range of craft and new world lagers. The pub will launch with a new menu, which includes sharing platters and burgers amongst traditional pub favourites.

Punch’s Managing Director, Andy Spencer said, “This is a significant investment by Punch in a great community pub and we are pleased to continue working with Kim and Mat who are fantastic pub operators. With them both at the helm we are confident that The Hinksford Arms will continue to be at the very heart of the community it serves. ‘’

Punch owns and operates 1300 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales and is investing £32 million in its pub estate in the next year with the right Publicans running their pubs.
