Overview

Could you run this pub?
Champs launched in Loughborough last year, and is located in the heart of the town centre. This epic sports bar is known for gourmet burgers and tapas which has put Champs firmly on the circuit. The site is known for its lively ‘big screen’ sporting events including football, rugby, cricket and boxing. Champs offers a array of cocktails and great beers, including craft. It’s part of the lively Loughborough social scene, and a popular pre-club or late-night drinks venue with students from Loughborough University, and those living in the wider area.

Business facilities
Champs offers an open-plan trading area (for up to 65 covers) with a large bar to the right. There is comfortable seating with stylish booths perfect for dining and drinks. To the rear of the pub there is access to a courtyard, fitted with an outdoor screen accompanied with plenty of seating. Champs offers top quality technology to show all the live sporting events, both inside and out, with the focal point of the pub being an awesome full video wall. As well as live sport, the pub has a gaming area, with PS4 & X Box along with the latest games, enabling the ability to hold gaming events on the big screen. There is also WIFI throughout.

Accommodation
The private accommodation includes three bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge which are in excellent condition.

About the local area
Loughborough is the second largest town in Leicestershire. It is home to Loughborough University, world renowned for its sports courses and facilities. It has the largest number of sports scholarships in the UK and is home to Rugby Union, American Football and Netball super league teams. The town centre itself has many branded high street pubs, therefore the area is a popular choice for a night out or bite to eat for both students and locals.
Located approximately 20 miles from both Nottingham and Leicester, with East Midlands airport 10 miles away.
