Guests love this established community hub with a large trading area and garden. It’s a home-from-home for sports enthusiasts as is the nearest pub to Gillingham Football and Gold Clubs, with multiple sports screens, pool tables, a darts area, and several machines. We’re looking for a talented operator who can maximise the abundant opportunities here. The pub has a large kitchen and whilst food is not the only reason to visit, midweek visits, celebrations and great Sunday roast should be a staple of this community pub.

- Have experience running a classic British pub and demonstrate continuous improvement, never settling and always looking to take your pub to the next level.
