An exciting opportunity has become available to take on the Dunblane Hotel launching under our Unity Social brand.

The Dunblane Hotel will undergo a full refurbishment to include external upgrade and new signage, full internal redecoration and fantastic AV to help with providing the very best sports coverage and music-led events.

The pub will have a great drinks range that will be priced below our local competitors and run a daily program of pub-activity including live music, karaoke, quiz and bingo.

The Pub and Location

The Dunblane Hotel is a traditional Scottish Inn in the centre of Dunblane, an affluent town three miles north of Stirling with a 12,000 population. The pub is centrally located next to a row of shops and Post office, with the train station across the road making it conveniently located for train and bus services. Here you’ll thrive during evenings and weekends and develop the daytime trade.

The pub has 2 separate bar trading areas, with ladies and gents toilets, storage areas including a large basement cellar with more storage downstairs. There are 6 rooms upstairs, currently being used as management accommodation. There is a large beer garden to the side of the pub, and a smaller outside area to the rear of the pub, overlooking the river. The public bar was recently refurbished to a very high standard but we have another exciting investment planned for the pub to keep it looking refreshed and new.

You’ll be all about setting the right atmosphere for the occasion: a meet with friends, the big match, quiz night or a live music event. The ideal operator will capitalise on Dunblane’s commuter location for Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Stirling.

You’ll be passionate about creating a welcoming space for locals, delivering a high-quality sports experience, and maintaining the pub’s much-loved offer of live entertainment and traditional games. Building strong relationships with regulars, charities, local businesses and sports teams is essential. You’ll also be confident using social media and digital platforms to promote pub activities, events, and offer helping to drive footfall and build engagement with the wider community online.

Our Unity Social Area Managers will support you in building on the current daytime trade and boosting evening volumes through a strong line-up of pub activities and investment into live music and sports events. The Dunblane Hotel will benefit from a competitive drinks pricing strategy and a focus on being the beating heart of the community.
