You’ll take advantage of the rear courtyard garden with seating for around fifty covers, ideal for guests to bask in the sunlight during the summer months. The main bar has seventy seats and boasts a state-of-the-art entertainment system and a large screen.

There’s an opportunity for a creative business mind to refine the food, drink and entertainment offered. You’ll ensure the Western is the place to go for live sports and entertainment. It’ll be a big pull for Champions league, jukebox bingo or similar during the week and live entertainment and DJs on the weekends.

What qualities are we looking for from the ideal operator? An experienced operator well versed in running a successful quality community offer, someone who will constantly look to drive the business forward with creative thinking around weekly and annual events.
